Quick question: What is the average salary of a Rally Technician..... MY GENUIS PLAN IS TO apply as a technician for m-sport and later, a year or two, I'll ask them "can i be a rally driver?"
Is enough. It does NOT work that easliy, you need racing experience (start at karting), you need to finish your school, then study techinician at an University
That’s also part of my plan. Finish high school and then look for a university with automotive mechanics, servicing, and technician. After graduation, I might look for another job, two part times, which doubles the salary even though it is enough. And yes, I would like to volunteer at local rally clubs, I might be a rally driver. I admit I am 15, 3 years more before driving license (I’m from philippines so 17 or 18 is the appropriate age for that) and I’ve had lots of plans to make the things that I want a dream come true. Here in the philippines, Rallying motorsport is dead, It’s last championship was way back 14 years ago, 2003, and it’s first appearance was in the 70’s. I know that you suggest I should try at local race track in my place. Well, I want is that after graduating college, my uncle is going home just to fetch me and bring me to canada, but hey, it should be a perfect place to start my career isn’t it, but needs a profit for that, plus a car. And for my plan b, be a technician and then apply for the same in m-sport, after confirmation, I will moved to england just for that.
Msport are currently looking for a technician at the moment but you need to do a motorsport degree and plenty of on Rally experience.
All I’m gonna say is thank you for your suggestions and see you in canada in 5 - 7 years time
You cant just pick up rally at 18 and expect to be good enough to get into the wrc. Plus you would need at least $1,000,000 of your own money plus talent to be even considered for a seat.
You didn’t understand. It’s very obvious for me that I can’t be at the top league in wrc easily, of course I have to start small.
