Peugeot 505 Turbo

So here’s a car I have not heard nor seen much of before, but with a little effort I found out these are pretty nifty machines and some might call them iconic French automobiles…
What they are for sure is turbocharged, I4 or V6, manual, rwd, look sexy as wagons and have a mean front end for an 80s car.
What I’m wondering, as I’ve had the chance to snag one before for cheap but for whatever reason I ended up not buying it, does anyone have first hand experience with one of these or the Peugeot brand in general, what can I expect to break first, how viable are the engines, tuning/power possibilities, etc.
