Community question: What are your favorite modifications that you've made to your S550 mustang?

For starters, I’m glad that I invested in wheels, tires, and eibach springs as 2 first mods. It mixes function with looks, which is a perfect balance in my book! (Car pictured is @kevcity ‘s ecoboost). His car is probably my favorite modified S550.

God I want an ecoboost ir a V6 so bad. What would I do?
Ecoboost: rally build
V6: Drag strip V8 killer
Or just drive them around. Because they are nearly perfect.

You’d spend a lot of money to be able to keep with a stock 5.0

I get your joke, but this question is for the S550 mustang owners community.

Can’t a teenager be a prospective owner?

For the moment, my favorite has been the wheels and tires. Planning to get a roush exhaust and I’m pretty sure that will be my favorite mod

I’ve only made two mods to my car, an MBRP Stainless Cat-Back and the steering wheel from the GT350. Both are highly recommended.

My rear tyres are different, however. Kumho Ecsta Le Sport KU39s. The difference versus the Pirellis is noticeable and, IMO, they’re better. I end up understeering since the Pirellis on the front like to wash wide and the Ecstas just keep on trucking.

I WAS thinking of toying with the suspension, but I’m keeping it stock. Yes it’d handle better but I like the compromise between cornering ability and comfort in its stock form.

If I get the pay rise I want, I’m getting new wheels, a CAI and a new bonnet. There’s a place near me that does 3D printed Carbon Fibre. Local Skyline owner has a Carbon wing made by them and its glorious. £1500 though, but totally worth it. I’d shave a lot of weight from the car just be removing the steel bonnet.
