Bolt size for seats?

I think its 17mm if I remember correctly.

For some reason my car had 2 different bolt sizes, but they are 17mm and 13mm

I’m missing the rear two bolts on the passenger seat. A 17mm bolt works but the thread pitch doesn’t grab once it’s touching the seat, being thread from up and under the car.
