TA’s are good for lows, but I’ve seen so many build threads about siezed adjustment collars, poor performance on bumpy roads, and general crashiness.
You get what you pay for. VMaxx are not the best by a long way, and I might be tempted to go for Tein coilovers at a similar price.
Currently on the v-maxx. They seem fine, harsher than stock as youd expect. They go pretty low. Just on the mk2 you cant go super low on the rear unless you take out the helper springs. Also note I haven’t driven any other cars with coilovers so ive nothing to compare to..
I have Ta’s they alright, nothing fancy bit bumpy but do the job on a budget 🙂
