Well obviously not. Who in their right minds would buy a ten year-old Chinese car? It does not even have ESP. As a luxury saloon! I also did not find a single good word about it, besides the original price being less than 20000€.

So should I be concerned about the fact that I wanted to call the dealer and ask if he would sell it to me at a good discount? Would I have bought a Chinese car? Really?
