Unpopular Opinion: The Lamborghini Aventador SV is ugly

I honestly think the Lamborghini Aventador SV is ugly, you can call me crazy if you’d like, but at least hear me out first. I’m in no way a Lamborghini hater, I love Lamborghini’s and there outrageous styling. In fact, I loved the original Aventador, I thought it was one of the coolest supercars around. The new Aventador is the one I have a problem with though, especially in top of the line SV trim. While the original Aventador’s design was not what anyone would call restrained, it was cohesive and every line and angle followed one decisive theme.

The new Aventador and Aventador SV, however, just look like they took the old Aventador and slapped a bunch of new bits on it. Everything from the vents in the bumper, the sideskirts, the lip, the spoiler and those wheels, it just seems like they tacked on a bunch of new trim bits. I also don’t like that all of these additions are not body colored, it takes away from the overall shape and just makes it look like a hodge podge of black aero bits. Additionally, I feel like the SV’s front bumper looks worse than the old one, almost like someone squashed and widened the original, almost like a hammerhead shark…
