A5 winter things

Hey guys,
I almost shit myself this morning by opening my drivers door sitting in to start the engine, pulled the door behind me and that sound. I was ssure the window cracked.

So when it gets below 0 and things start tp freeze, what is your trick to keep the frameless coupe windows opening? (garage is not an option :(
