Good driving roads in Pyrenees

So I’ll be going on vacation in the South of France, in the Occitanie region and I’m looking for some good driving roads. I probably won’t find many in Tarn-et-Garonne where I’ll be staying (although feel free to suggest) so I’m thinking Pyrenees.
What are the best driving roads in the (preferably French) Pyrenees?

I’m looking for roads where I can have some fun, not full of tourists and cyclists.

Would also be cool if there’s a place where I can rent a sports car to enjoy them, if not I’ll have to stick to the mighty 320d (which engine-wise is nothing to write home about but the handling is very sporty and it’s oversteer-ey on the limit).

Anyway, feel free to suggest roads if you know any good ones, it’ll be greatly appreciated.
