Are the threat from Red Bull to exit formula 1 serious? And if not are they going to race with renault engines or 2015/2016 spec ferrari engines?

I would love to know how he starts designing a car. Does he start with a rough idea and then it is improved or does he have a whole concept in mind?

Will Volkswagen supply Red Bull with engines? Will a deal be done with Renault? If Red Bull exits where will he go?
