I'm pretty sure the Ferrari SF90 is based on the same platform as the Pininfarina Battista or vice-versa.
Just look at the front of both the cars, they are basically the same. The side profiles of both the cars are extremely similar including the air intakes on the sides which are just slightly changed to make the cars look different. Even the interior layout of both the cars are the same. I’m wouldn’t be surprised if they had very similar dimensions as well.
I know the Pininfarina is a completely different car and would probably justify it’s price tag but you can’t ignore the similarities between the two and it’s weird considering Pininfarina don’t design cars for Ferrari anymore.
Do you guys think the fact that the Ferraris front end looks exactly like the Battista was the reason behind them giving the car a ‘facelift’ even before deliveries started?
I maybe wrong but if this is true, why do manufacturers hide so much information from the general public?
Would like to hear everyone’s thoughts on this. Cheers.

It’s just a design similarity, they have nothing in common
The two companies have worked together for decades. It would make sense for Pininfarina to just buy a platform from Ferrari instead of developing it from scratch.
I’m not saying they are the same cars, yes Pininfarina would have put a LOT of development work into making it a bespoke multi million dollar hypercar but doesn’t mean it can’t have more humble beginnings. Tbh i feel the Ferrari 488 and f8 tributo are basically just an evolution of the 458 platform instead of a revolution.
You’re right. They do look suspiciously similar
Yeah, but the Batista is fully electric. The SF90 isn’t.
Well, uuuh, coincidence?
