A stock 2JZGE makes 217-225 this probably makes 235ish. It’s unique and I give the owner credit but it’s extremely ineffective unless you have a giant blower but if you’re gonna go through the trouble just turbo it
Well it depends how fast the blower is spinning (the size of the belt wheel) it can deliver a lot of power less/more depending on the size of it
A supercharger or even procharger gives you a lot of penefits. It’s (usually) easier to install since you basically just bolt it on the intake manifold. If you turbo it you need a new exhaust and intake manifold, blow of valve and I don’t know what else. Another benefit would be that you have no turbo lag
If this has been a turbo supra before I agree it would be a bit stupid since you don’t really get more hp and you already have a turbo set up. But if this has been a NA supra it sure is a nice idea to have something different. And I’m also really curious how a 2jz sounds together with a supercharger whine
