Paranjay Dutt
Fascinated by cars as a young lad, Paranjay realised in his formative years that he'd be pretty rubbish with anything else. Which is why he didn't try his luck elsewhere; it might've been either that or the knowledge that when he could get away with calling the act of testing cars his primary job, why bother with a mundane nine-to-five...
Currently based in India, Paranjay has contributed to a variety of UK and Indian publications, either as a full-time employee or a freelancer, the latter from 2019 onwards. He also likes to collect old motoring magazines and (occasionally) scale models, the justification for which is that this hobby ensures he's left with no money to buy actual cars, hence fewer issues in life. That his beloved Grande Punto is frugal further fuels his weird lifestyle.
When his self-deprecating humour seems to stop working, which as you can tell doesn't take too long, he spends his time carefully divided between writing about classic cars and driving new ones. He has a keen interest in photography and also close to his heart is a work-in-progress website that he promises to work on every year, but conveniently forgets.
