The Land Rover Discovery Sport Has Been Leaked In The Weirdest Way Possible

In the new media world, online leaks of cars ahead of official reveals are a common thing. However, this latest one is a little unusual. Rather than a leaked image showing the actual car, what’s actually surfaced on the internet - amid all the amusing cats and ice bucket challenges - is a picture showing two scale models.

We’ve already seen bits of the interior courtesy of last week’s teaser, but this leak gives us a very good look at the exterior. It’s exactly the fresh look Land Rover needs to replace the ageing Freelander, with various parts of the car taking cues from the Discovery Vision Concept. Both of the scale models feature glass roofs.

The car will be revealed in full on 3 September, and will go into production next year.
