1969 Datsun Bluebird 1300 (510) "Tori"
She’s an early production model, brought here from Japan initially as a company car for Pertamina, Indonesia’s oil company. Then after that it started passing to other owners (which to be honest I have no idea how many) and then it ended up in my hands.
Mods include :
-SSR Mk2 13 inch wheels
-L16 swap with a Nikki carb taken from the L13 it had before, definitely didn’t come with thw original car
-different seats
-Datsun SSS front disc brakes
-electric power steering
-bigger radiator
-air con
-aftermarket stereo (which is terrible, tbh, I’ll get that changed out)
Planned mods include :
-Bluebird badges (which I already have, will be installed soon)
-Dual SU carbs (in the long run)
-SSS gauge cluster with tachometer (saving up for it)
-(maybe if I have money) a rear limited slip diff
She needs a whole lotta work even after a year of being in the workshop. Just now her front left window broke, but I love her.
Expect a review soon, after a few weeks of ownership.

The most beautiful 510 I’ve seen so far on CarThrottle. And it’s even a Bluebird! The color looks great on it, too. It looks so unique and exotic. I love your choice of rims as well, it makes it look a bit like a shakotan or bosozoku - not in a bad way of course! I’m so staggered by this cool Bluebird!
