Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe Blows Hot And Cool In New Teasers

Mercedes has taken some time out to rustle-up two final teaser shots of its new four-door AMG GT Coupe before its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

Rendered as though it’s travelling beneath an icy, distorted sky on a river of lava, the contrasting blue and orange might hint at its hot performance and cool, relaxed interior. Or maybe we’ve just been watching too much Grand Designs.

At the front it’s business as AMG-usual. Prominent grill strakes, huge air scoops and a Mercedes badge the size of Cheshire are clearly visible.

The shot from the rear more clearly displays the quad-exhaust layout and diffuser, though. The shallow, wide rear lights stand out from a stubby saloon boot. And, as we predicted, it does have much bigger wheels than those we last saw it riding on.
