Listen To The Deliciously Savage New Ford GT Race Car

As if you didn’t need any more reasons to get into the World Endurance Championship, next year’s running will be spiced up by the entrance of this new race-spec Ford GT. It’ll compete against cars like Aston Martin V8 Vantages and Porsche 911s in the GTE Pro class, and will be entered into the whole season by Chip Ganassi Racing.

Its racing debut isn’t until next January’s Daytona 24, but thanks to this spy footage - shot at Canada’s Calabogie MotorSports park - we get to see it in action now. And it sounds rather angry, don’t you think?
