Expect Dodge Challenger Demon Shenanigans In The Next Top Gear Episode

Matt LeBlanc drafts in Nasa to help him get to grips with a Demon in the next TG instalment, while the Hyundai I30 N gets a workout on track

Being a muscle car fan in the ‘wrong country’ is tough. You can dream of V8 Americana all you want, but if you live in the UK, that sort of thing is very hard to come by.

So, if like me you’re a not-so-secret American who loves V8 muscle as much as a stack of pancakes with bacon, you’ll probably be wanting to tune in to the fourth episode of the latest Top Gear series on Sunday. Why? Because Matt LeBlanc will be tackling the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon. With help from Nasa.

Elsewhere, MLB once again teams up with Chris Harris (is a double-act brewing here?) for some Citroen 2CV-themed entertainment, while back at the test track, Rory Reid hurls around the Hyundai I30 N and Kia Stinger GT.

Will it be as good as the last episode? We’ll have to wait and see - the bar has been set very high...

What kind of Egghead would do this? Top Gear everyone

It’s a car show tradition when talking about the 2CV. Its suspension was designed by Citroën to safely carry 2 people (one wearing a top hat) across a ploughed field with a basket of eggs. Wheeler Dealers did it, Hammond and May Top Gear did it, Fifth Gear did it.

Any questions?

We don’t. We have The grand tour. And imo, this is even better. Plus, you get 2 amazing shows to watch.
