How to make a sub-six second car in Pixel Car Racer
Hey guys, Aero756 here! Today, I will show you how to make a sub-six second car. I have made it on the daily, weekly, and even the all time leaderboard countless times with this tune! Now, let’s start the guide!
Before you get going, you need a hefty amount of money. after some quick calculator work, I found out that you will need 22.7 MILLION dollars! Of course, you will need to grind very hard if you aren’t lucky with crates, but the outcome is worth it.
Car
For a choice of car, you will need the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. This car is extremely light and is surprisingly grippy. You could argue by saying “but Aero, I thought the Subaru Rex was the lightest car in the game.” To which I would say “Yes, the Subaru Rex is the lightest car in the game, but it doesn’t have any grip to get off of the line.
Parts
This is where most of your money will be spent. Here, I’ve made a handy list of parts that you will need. deep breath
Engine: F1X
Turbo: Reddy T6OE (24K Gold)
Intake: VX Open Intake
Pistons: VX Titan
Seats: Pride Racing Seats
Suspension: VX Slams or VX Bags
Wheels: VX Advent (might not be available in the store)
Exhaust: Blastpipes V4 or above
Brakes: Any Set of Trembo Slotted
Intercooler: PR Gold
NOS: Demon 250 Shot
ECU: SF Type R +VX Flux

Tuning
For the basic settings, make sure your boost is all the way up and your suspension is at 4.50 in (so you don’t scrape on the ground). I’m not an expert with 2-step, so that can be something you can figure out yourself.
I have tweaked the gearing for over an hour to see what works best. Keep in mind that this car is for the quarter mile, which means that is should top out right as you cross the quarter mile mark. This gearing will need some serious skill to master.

Just to point out, seem to go faster while using a neutral drop method. Put it in neutral, stomp on the gas, when the time number hits .19 hit the Nos button, when the light turns green, shift to first, and my cars TAKE OFF

This time is amazing, I went from 6.182 with my gtr tune to 5.985 with this tune
Disclaimer to anyone reading this post today: I know this is the top result on google for Pixel Car Racer fastest tune, but the game has significantly changed. The LT5 is now the better engine options, and there are better pistons, seats, exhaust, and intercooler. Unfortunately, the VX Advents are unavailable now, so use the 120 weight wheels found at the end of the wheel list.
