Ford has teased its circa-700bhp Mustang, and it looks ready to wage V8 war on the car world
Here's Your First Look At The 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500's Angry Face

The Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is coming, and it isn’t happy. At all. At least, that’s how it looks in Ford’s new teaser image for the car, which you can see above. Just look at the size of its gob! It’s as though it wants to literally eat its rivals.

In reality what it will do is give them what-for with a supercharged V8, packing a power output of at least 700bhp. We can’t wait to see the inevitable Dodge Hellcat drag races.

The car was first confirmed at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year, when Ford posted the above teaser video to announce its arrival. The car will be in showrooms next year when it’s expected to go into limited production, but don’t expect it to come to the UK officially.

Britain will be getting the Mustang Bullitt though, along with the facelifted version of the base ‘Stang, which is currently being launched in Europe.
