NYPD Cop Knocked Down By Drifting Mercedes C63 In Times Square
The hunt is on in New York for a man filmed knocking a police officer down with his car during an escape from Times Square, where he and some buddies were causing trouble.
The offender was driving a black Mercedes C63 AMG, drifting and lighting a one-tyre fire along sections of the famously brightly-lit square in Manhattan before an NYPD cop, on foot, tried to arrest him. The driver hit the gas and pushed the policeman a short distance before knocking him to the floor and speeding away.
After that, the chase, filmed the whole way, moved down a block or two where it seems that the driver side-swiped a whole bunch of cars in order to get away. There’s every chance that the car was stolen, the driver had no licence and/or insurance, or there was a huge stash of drugs on board. Or worse.

From what I’ve heard this was the same person who staged the gold wrapped BMW i8 getting it’s windshield smashed in time square while it was blocking traffic. On another note, this is in down town new York, I garuntee that there are hundreds of cameras that caught the license plate or the drivers face. It’s only a matter of time before this kid is caught
