What are the differences between the 192hp and the 231hp RX8?

39hp, plus the 231 cars rev to 9000rpm, the 192 cars only rev to 7500rpm. The brakes on a 192 car are much smaller. Do yourself a favour and buy a 231. It’s a much better car
I was wondering about the mecanical differences, I was thinking of buying a 192 and make it a 231. So the insurance would be cheaper. ^^
You can’t simply re program a 192 to put out 231. All 192hp renny motors are 4 port and 231s are 6 port motors respectively. Even if it were to be that easy you’d spend far more money than youd be trying to save.
Oh, I didn’t know about the ports, so they’re two different engines.

I can help you 1-you must have a good engine rx8 192 hp 2-buy a bad rx8 engine 231 hp 3-change face housing of rotors (from bad engine 231 to good engine 192)….231 engine has 6 ports 4-change complet intake(6 ports to 4 port engine)…231 have 6 injectors and 192 have 4 5-change ecu from 231 to 192 and you have an 231 hp engine with 5 gear…sorry for my english
