Project Cars 2 Will Be Here In September

Project Cars 2 continues to announce new details about the up-coming racing game – including new cars from Porsche and Ford – and we finally have an official release date now too
Project Cars 2 Will Be Here In September

It seems there are small pieces of information on Project Cars 2 being announced every single day, but recently we’ve had a load of important details drop about the game.

That includes a release date. Yes, no more ‘late 2017’ from Slightly Mad Studios, thankfully. The firm has been sticking with that phrase for a while, but we now know it’ll be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC worldwide on the 22 September 2017.

Finally, we know when the game will be hitting our consoles. Alongside the release date, PC2 also unveiled a new trailer ahead of E3 titled ‘The Soul of Motorsport’.

It basically shows off the huge variety of racing categories and vehicle types on offer in the game, particularly focusing on career mode – where there’s a wide range of paths to take as you progress up the motorsport ladder.

The E3 trailer has been released alongside details on the game’s first public demo, as it’ll be on the Bandai Namco Entertainment Booth ready to be played and tried out.

So, those attending E3 will get to try the hugely-fun rallycross cars, new manufacturers, the revised gamepad (highlighted in our interview with Slightly Mad’s COO Rod Chong) and new handling model.

  • Porsche 911 GT3 R Endurance (991)

Let’s hope the Project isn’t going to Crash… Just like his predecessor.

Should I get F1 2017 or Project Cars? I’m really doubting because of the career ladder in PC2.
