So as you can see, if your not blind at least, these are spy shots of the new Supra, and they are quite good. It’s starting to become clear that it’s using some styling cues from the FT-1.

The rear tail lights are starting to resemble the iconic tail lights from the mk4 Supra, and again, not bad.

I’m really excited for the revealing of this car, as I’m sure you guys are too. But don’t get your hopes too high, cause it’s possible that it’s just a Prius in Supra’s clothing.

I don’t like the nose job. Seriously, that protuberance looks like a big, human, nose.

I shall list my opinions about the new “Supra”
1) this looks pathetically short for a Supra. Flick through the previous 4 gens of Supra and it is one of Toyotas longest cars (excluding trucks and SUVs) To me, this looks like a GT86 with a bit of flab on the body.
2) It looks NOTHING like the concept. If it looked like the concept, the whole world would be in love. I was lucky enough to detail the FT1 Concept for CIAS Toronto 2015 and it was a decent sized car, about right to wear the legendary “Supra” name!
3) Toyota have sooo much history in motorsports (WRC, GT500, LeMans and many more), so why are they doing a collab with BMW on this? They have the money and technology to make this an awesome car, but give half of the way to BMW.
4) GT86 is an awesome car, awesome engine and awesome looks, but with what i have seen/heard this is just a Hybrid/i6 GT86
