if you’re a motoring editor on a website, you should probably actually be driving on a motorway once in a while.
I don’t understand why it gets this much on your nerves. Subhumans drive like sh.t and will ever drive like sh.t because they don’t give a damn about driving. They are more trying to survive than trying to drive well. When I see these morons on the middle lane, either I’m already on the fastest lane and past them easily or if I’m in the slow lane I just pass them, fingers in the horn, ready to press it in case the change lane on me. I stopped giving a damn about them and I’m way more peaceful this way.
I encountered an Audi A3 doing about 55 in the middle lane once.
Please come to the Netherlands and do something with all these midlane hoggers aswell!
But the middle lane is the only friend I have…
haha midle lane is for cruise get it :P 1 lane is for trucks and busses :P 3 lane is for petrol heads

I only hog the middle lane when the motorway (or in my case autobahn) is empty. Reason being, first lane usually has worse pavement because of the trucks. Otherwise I chill at the first lane until I want to pass.
The actual farg am i reading here about Germany?! Ye they are not really lane Hogging on the “Fast” lane (Left) but they still sit in the middle and foce an uncountable amount of *§&$%& moving on the left lane, both lanes are full and no one at maxmimum allowed speed (120 kph) because they brake themselves down to ~80-90.
Im driving around 30-40 thousand km per year, most of them in the AUTOBAHN and im road raging 95% of the time, whether its free or limited. Even at 250+ kph im overtaking at the right because there is soooooo unbelievable much space and some guys that should be burried are hogging the middle lane. i get really mad every time, swinging your car from the left lane quickly to the right lane with indicators will help sometimes, some pure dum64ss maniacs still sit on the middle lane and start swearing about me because they are wrong… Crazy crappy germans on the Autobahn.
If you want to, i can make like a trillion videos of how bad the germans drive, you wouldn’t believe it, because its sad and dangerous as farg.
is my option wrong? I usually use middle lane ONLY IF there’s no-one behind me, and I do that because driving in left lane just makes me change from left to middle all the time (overtaking lorries n stuff). If other cars do come up behind me, then yes, I move to the left lane
Well in Germany the 1st Lane is the Truck Lane, the Middle Lane is the Travel Lane and the Left Lane is the High Speed lane. Much better that way.
There is no such thing as a truck lane. Hogging the middle lane can also be punished (Rechtsfahrgebot). If there is nothing on the right lane you have to leave the middle one.
