This Guy Rolled His Car Onto Its Side While Avoiding A Head-On Collision
Faced with another driver trying to pull off a ludicrously unsafe overtake, the guy in this Toyota Yaris took evasive action, and flipped his car onto its side in the process
Fortunately, the Yaris driver suffered only minor injuries in this scary accident. What’s particularly pleasing to see is how calm all parties were after the crash - it certainly makes a nice change to all those road rage videos we’re used to watching!

hahaha, whiplash? i rolled twice in my yaris, around a blind bend on the south downs. yeah and the airbags didn’t go off for me either.
No offence but I think he could have avoided the roll with little steering maneuvers and braking. The BMW was almost on the left lane by the time both cars came close. He spotted the oncoming car late and hence hard braking, downhill and hence the skid (no ABS I think).
The most British thing you’ll see all day. I’m surpriseed they didn’t have tea and crumpets afterwards.
They did, he says the people in the house nearby made him a cup of tea.
And this, ladies and gentlemen, why you wear your seat belt, not to just avoid a ticket.
Maybe you shoud start stopping earlier is my opinion.
Right after seeing both cars you should apply some brake, just a little bit and when you realized the bmw was in your lane you should progressively apply maximum brake and would avoid the fliping over. This happened, because you slammed on the brakes.
Kudos to the yaris driver. I been on both sides of this and trust me it best not to take chances when overtaking.
but the driver that overtook the other car didn’t stop right?
He might not have seen the accident since he, with that speed probably already passed the hill.
