When I was a kid I thought 4x4 means the jeep or truck is lifted

I thought FWD stood for four wheel drive, I didnt even know there were front wheel drive cars.
“I thought the car moved because of the exhaust gasses”…. In a sense its right. When combustion is done, the expansion of gasses pushes the piston. So it is not wrong.
I used to think that Nitro was an actual rocket inside of a car that helped propel it.
