Look up Toyota 2zzge, amazing engine, 1.8l 187bhp, real torquey, super top end and revs to 8.2k.

weird why people said TwinSpark engine is not good.
my father is an Alfa mechanic and he never seen a bad TS engine.
the Alfa Boxer is worst compared to the TwinSpark.
even nearly all of his customers’ cars that use TS engine still running after 10 years.

Previous owner of my 156 let the engine oil ran out once, so engine in my car is very loose and in a bad condition, but it still survive everyday redline hooning with me for almost a year without any other problem, that pretty amazing if you ask me, on the other hand my honda civic overheated once and the engine was ruin.

Ford’s Barra is possibly the best and most under appreciated motors ever made, from dedicated gas engine’s running over 800,000km to turbo models running 310kW at the fly. Stupidly versatile and extremely reliable.Keep your LS..

I can see that, I don’t know how many cars came equipped with the beams 3S-GE/GTE here in the states but many people do opt for a 2JZ rather than anything else, I like 2jz’s but i think i’d rather go for a Beams 3S-GE/GTE just because I love the sound of them, don’t care if its slower than a 2JZ engine, its also 2 less cylinders and lighter. my dream car to own would probably be an N/A Beams swapped 86, if I had the dispensable income for it, and as far as I know to fit a Beams you need to modify the firewall a little, and probably a few other minuscule things, would also consider importing an Altezza RS200. when they become legal, once again, if i ever had the dispensable income, wish we had 3S-GE/GTE. Lexus IS’s but we didnt get that engine and car combination.
