That driver had it coming and Id probably tap the brakes and then let off the gas to let that driver know he is a septic drainhole and should have respect for physics and everyones life.
The closer you get the slower I drive.
There is no good reason to be this close to the car in front, if you think the car in front can give way for you or you want to pass stay back and flash a couple times. Most will move over as soon as they find a decent space in the slow lane to move in to.
Tailgaters deserves whats coming to them including a darwin award, confiscated liscence and jail if they kill someone.
