To be honest I’m from Poland and I didn’t know about that Lancer…
There is loads of cool undercover police cars in Manchester once I’ve seen Evo 9 and hawkeye Scooby and other time I’ve seen on my neighborhood an Audi RS3 and BMW M3 E92 where chasing somebody as they went at full speed on the estate road

You know I read on another post about someone bashing American cop cars being undercover for the whole rip people off thing, and how Europe doesn’t do that….kinda blowing that point outta the water now huh xD
