This Peugeot 206 has no steering wheel or front seats, but that didn’t stop someone from trying to drive it, sitting on a bucket and using a pair of mole grips to steer the heap. The car was also missing its front bumper, headlights and at least one front wing. The tyres don’t look to be in brilliant shape either.
