It’s indeed a nice car to start the game with, being cheap and quick enough to pass an RCZ both being stock. The Miata could be pretty fun too, but it’s literally twice the price of the Civic, so are you sure you wanna spend so much time grinding just to get a Miata as a first car after the RCZ? You could buy a 240SX for the same price or save up a bit more and you’re there with a 200SX or an S15 Silvia.

I bought an FD rx7. But don’t sell yourself cheap either. That rcz in still a pretty fast car
I took an ae86 and i like it a lot
Rx-8,focus rs and subie
Not really the best first car, but the R35 is good if you willing to grind. I really got it as my first car
