Does Takumi Fujiwara have a mom? #initiald

I just finished watching Initial D third stage (for the third time) and wondered: what ever happened to Mrs. Fujiwara? Did Bunta divorce from her? Did she die from childbirth? Is Bunta even Takumi’s actual father? Do you think you guys can help me shine a little light on this pls?
