Watch Several BMW M2 Prototypes Make Throaty Six-Pot Noises At The Nurburgring

Here it is, the latest testing footage of the M235i’s upcoming big brother. This time around, we’re treated to several prototypes giving it the beans around the Green Hell. The model hasn’t been officially confirmed by BMW yet, but it’s expected to run a fettled version of the M235i’s ‘N55’ turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-six with around 370bhp.

As big fans of the M235i (I’d even go so far as saying it offers a more satisfying drive than the M3 and M4), we’re more than a bit excited about this car. If all goes well, this could end up being the M car of choice.
