I think every car was getting faster and faster until the 2010’s, when they started getting slower!
2006 was the turning point in this. As soon as the V8’s were introduced things started to go downhill.
The cars now are the fastest they’ve been since the swap from v10 to v8.
I wonder if we are gonna look back at F1 in 10 years the way we look back at the old days now.
I’m sure we will.
V10’s were brilliant, v8’s were nice, but v6 are dreadful, somehow I don’t enjoy F1 right now, please just do cars as fast as they can be, make crazy designs, like 6-wheeled car, or H16 engine, trying new things is awersome

How they filmed the car on board in the 1950s?
Someone probably set on the front of the car and filmed him
Awesome! Here’s a split-screen video that compares Niki Lauda in 1978 with a Belcar driver in 2016 on our track, quite impressive to see!
Chris Harris said they sound far better in person. Personally I’m a huge fan of forced induction. I think the engines are a step forward from the V8s despite their lack of cc’s.
I didnt like the previous season since it was Dysons but the current season is alot nicer, the cars have different styles of sound and make a little bit of it now, still doesnt compare to the 05/06 glory days
