The only reason I like that game is because the cars sound great

NFS Prostreet. Felt like a fake simulator from what I remember.

There are some I can think of.

NFS carbon - cars were classified as either muscle, tuner or exotic. Muscle cars simply understeered and flipped including the Jaguar XKR which was classified as a muscle car! Kinda “racist” in car terms.

NFS The Run - made no sense as a racing game. Cars handled terribly, every time you run off the road, the level would restart from a certain checkpoint. I imagine most of the budget was spend on those two supermodels.

NFS MW 2012 - No story mode and the world was little too reflective. Basically, it was Burnout with NFS logo.

NFS 2015 - Servers were terrible and didn’t connect most of the time… at least for me. Customisation was limited and the world had the same “weather and time zone” at different places.

Well, isn’t that what muscle cars do? :P

Wait. MW2012 is a bad game, because it’s an Burnout + NFS mix? It wasn’t great, but come on!

It’s a bad NFS and a bad single player game. But as a game, no. Driving physics are nice and Multiplayer is just so much fun

NFS No Limits. They Put Pictures In The App Store Like The Console Version But In Reality, It Looks The Worst. Plus The Races Are So Short

WHAT?Rigs Of Rods is awesome, tons of varied mods to cater to your preference, whether it be car, bus, truck, planes, helicopters, not to mention it’s free, and the beamNG like car damage it has,(that’s because it’s a predecessor to the beamNG series which was made by the same Devs as RoR)And it was free

Need for speed 2015
no manual gearbox
no cockpit view
bad handling
not realistic
it was designed for 3 yr olds

12/29/2016 - 12:42 |

The added the manual gearbox option…still won’t buy it though

12/29/2016 - 13:42 |

This is why I bought the Crew
Manual Gearbox, Cockpit view, adequate handling, more realistic than NFS atleast, I mean my Abarth 500 understeers like a bus, and somehow my Viper is easier to control than my Miata

same. on the basis its supposed to be a racing sim the broken steering makes the game zero fun to play

The game is brilliant, people just haven’t understood it. It’s not meant to feel as complete as Forza, and the steering isn’t broken, it’s bloody brilliant, as long as you have a wheel.

It’s one of the best. It was marketed to people not used to playing true sims so thats one thing. With the steering it does sometimes have glitches but most of the time, with a wheel its excellent. It is a bit beta-ish but ive heard the whole game is basically a beta of pc2

Would almost agree with the fella saying Horizon 2 for the 360 somewhere up there, but I’d vote for Test Drive Unlimited 2. It was a huge mess of trying to mix a racing game with The Sims. The idea of being able to customise your house(s) and your character was nice, but the end product was horrible. It emphasises on the “glamorous lifestyle” and property management too much that they left the handling and physics an absolute nightmare. The game features two humongous maps with absolutely zero point of interest. And have you heard the voice acting in the game? Just, wow. I found them rather depressing, actually.

In a racing game where you have more customisation options for your house and character than your car, you’d know very well something’s not right.
