It’s a Volkswagen Vento (it’s called that here in India), basically the sedan version of polo.
So you are assuming that the Skoda driver goes “OMG look a wild tire is approaching me, If I swerve the steering wheel by 22 degrees, the wheel will bounce off my car and hit the biker! that will be fun!” I don’t know how you drive, but if I see a wheel rolling towards me, I will try to avoid hitting it because it is called the human instict
