W211 diff talk. (pic for attention)

So I want to have a discussion about the diff on the w211, specifically e500/e55.

Online there isn’t much information about non-AMG w211s and their diffs. The e500 doesn’t come with an LSD from factory, but the diff does act as somewhat of a “semi open diff?”. If you do a burnout there’s no one wheel peel, both wheels spin, as well as with some powerslides - both wheels lock (something to do with the electronics?), but if you try to do a transition you get that horrible (but expected) open diff whip from the rear. The easiest way to do a proper ‘transition’ is to powerslide and then change direction while roasting the tires, in short a rolling sideways burnout.

Has anyone here heard of a welded diff on a w211? I haven’t and didn’t find anything online either.

Obviously the best course of action is to get a quaife or a wavetrac, but for the price of that i could just get a drift-ready e36 here lol…
