A Porsche Cayman With No Engine Cover Sounds Mesmerisingly Good

Thanks to the temporary removal of its engine cover, this 987 Cayman sounds incredible!

You’d have to be pretty unhinged to run a Porsche Cayman without its engine cover, but with this 987 owner prepping his car for a roll cage installation, he figured he may as well give it one-off try. As you’d expect, the resulting induction noise filling the cabin is pure flat-six filth.

Worth the potential hearing damage? We’d say so…

Even more four-cylinder turbo noise? No, thanks 😂
Would need a flat-six swap first
