Does This Concept Art Confirm Forza Horizon 4 Is Heading To Hong Kong?
The Forza Horizon 4 rumour mill has been in overdrive recently, with suggestions the game could be set in Japan or the United Kingdom based on a healthy dose of speculation.
Well, now we have another place to add to the list: Hong Kong. The Asian state has appeared in concept art that was discovered by an eagle-eyed gamer, which was created by a partner to Microsoft Studios.
The stills show cars racing through the neon-lit streets of Hong Kong, with a hot air balloon bearing the Forza logo the clearest indication that this could be for Horizon 4. It would make for a fantastic location, with a mix of bustling city streets and winding mountain passes as seen in the concept art.
However, while this does seem like legitimate concept art, it might not be an indication of what’s to come. For example, we don’t know when it was created or the reason behind it, and it could even be a deliberate publicity stunt.

Hong Kong would be too narrow, plus there aren’t much places for rallying, unless they add in Macau or Zhuhai or Shenzhen, but I think that won’t work either

Although it may not it would be interesting. In a way we could get scenic passes great for drifting (according to third picture). Also it shows in the third and fourth pictures a new widebody kit and possibly the return of the 2010 Mustang Boss 302 respectively.
I did research and these images are concept art for Forza Horizon 1. Turn 10 chose like 30 locations before settling on Colorado and made renders like these for each one.
I thought so seeing as how all the cars in the photos are older cars.
