On a Lotus Exige hot lap of the Nordschleife, our driver is overtaken by a buffoon in a GT-R. His poor driving and terrible choices not only ruin the Lotus' lap, they also put him in danger!

Meh. They don’t call it tourist day for nothing. Par for the course on such a famous and complex circuit. No damage done. Nothing to cry about.
So being dangerous to yourself and others on the public roads is fine, as long as “no damage is done”. You need your license revoked like the GTR driver if you follow that.
