Each month, new Forzathon challenges are added to Forza Horizon 3, giving players the chance to win cool cars and spruce up their garage through in-game tasks.

July’s line-up has been confirmed by Turn 10 Studios and it looks very tempting indeed, with some awesome cars ready to be snapped up.

Unlike recent Forzathons, there are no new cars on offer, instead there are some favourites and prizes gamers may have missed – so if you didn’t get to try the challenges before, here’s your second chance.

Obviously, we’d all like to see some new cars, but with no new car pack for FH3 this month and a lot of focus on Forza Motorsport 7 (which comes out on the 3 October), we’ll have to wait a little while.

But, that still doesn’t mean it isn’t worth doing July’s Forzathon challenges. There are some epic cars to win – including the 2010 Ferrari 599XX and 2016 Lykan Hypersport.

The first event of the month began on the 4 July and runs through to Monday (the 10 July), and is called ‘Let Freedom Ring’. It’s all to celebrate Independence Day in the US.

Complete three races in classic muscle cars and you’ll win a 1970 Chevelle Super Sport Horizon Edition and 50,000 credits. Then, if you do 20 Ultimate Air Skills, you’ll unlock the Ferrari F99XX (which was in a Forzathon in February).

The second event runs from the 14-17 July and is called ‘Untamed Performance’. Completing 3 Playground Games gets you a 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 Horizon Edition and 120,000 credits.

Then, you can finish three races in a Jaguar to get the stunning 1993 Jaguar XJ220 Horizon Edition and 95,000 XP.

Next up is ‘By The Light Of The Moon’ which is from the 21-24 July. This asks you to earn three stars on a Speed Zone to get the Lykan Hypersport. Easy peasy.

Then there’s ‘Summertime Blues’, the final one of the month from the 28-31 July. Win a championship and you’ll pick up the 1987 Porsche 959, which was in the Forzathon from April – after Microsoft announced its new six-year deal with Porsche.
