As a rider he shouldve predicted that mightve happened and not beem behind thay vehicle, changed lanes and gotten in front of him.
Gotta be proactive thinking thag anything can and will come loose.
2 sec reaction time judging by the bikers stop light. He really couldn’t do a worse job avoiding the obstacle.
