I’m guessing that the white car douche did the usual “I’m gonna almost run you off the road because I don’t think bikes are worthy of using the full lane” maneuver. Very common in places such as Mexico and Brazil.
This is what we in the trade call “Latino garbage”. They only speak “Getting my ass kicked” and “I’m gonna threaten you because I’m a wuss who thinks he’s superman behind the wheel”.
