After rear-ending a Volvo XC70 on a Polish motorway, this little Fiat Seicento is destined for the scrapyard. The Volvo, however? Tis but a scratch!

Amazing as that is, and looks. Internally the Volvo’s rear sub frame and crash structure would be bent and crushed a little. So…. it wouldn’t just be ‘fine’

Had a similar experience in a Talbot Sunbeam. I hit him (Mk3 Fiesta) from behind in my Sunbeam. Destroyed his car.
Small 1 inch dent in chrome bumper on mine.

that prooves just that the front deforms more than the back. if you chrash the volvo into the fiat the volvo would took more damage too
