When a 19-year-old motorbike rider sees the California Highway Patrol coming in the other direction, he loses focus mid-corner and lowsides his bike. The impact looks pretty hard and his jeans are instantly shredded!

Man! Harsh but not as bad as it could have been! I came off in jeans. Made me feel like a stupid moron from dumbsville. That’s one experience I won’t be repeating. Maybe if I had a hot nurse to help pull the gravel out of my legs but I had this incredibly angry elderly doctor who clearly was not impressed with my antics.

I am always shocked that t-shirt, jeans and no helmet is a typical gear of a biker in the USA.

The amount of cops on that road now is absolutely ridiculous. When I went there were no cops, nothing, I blame the morons who keep crashing there for the increased police presence.
From where was the footage obtained? I find it a bit odd the accident ‘just happened’ to be caught on camera. Or does the area have state of the art camera coverage…everywhere?

There are usually a handful of camera’s pointed at this corner, on Mulholland Dr, in California on nice days. Lately they’ve begun recording with drones as well, great footage!
