Watch The Moment 4 Vloggers Get Brutally T-Boned On Camera

It remains unclear which of the drivers were at fault (German traffic laws differ to those in the UK and US), but the hit from the side looks to be pretty brutal. According to the uploader, nobody pressed charges...

Wait a minute, there’s actually intersections in Europe where there’s no stops signs at all? That’s just stupid if that’s the case.

Yeah, because there’s something called right side priority and if you don’t have any sign on the junction then the right side priority applies. You have to let those coming from your right to pass.
This of course applies to those driving on the “right” side of the road xD

I believe german traffic is pretty much same than finnish, so you need to make way for cars coming from right if there is no sign to tell them to stop. And clearly there wasn’t.
If i see idiots like this, ill ram them, or theyll never learn.

In most parts of Europe the rule is right before left, so when you come to the intersection you have to almost come to a stop and check if there is a car coming from your right hand side. The vloggers didn’t check at all, the only thing they saw was the yellow lorry or “Yog”. The car crash is their fault and they should be happy that nobody got seriously injured.

Alex, your heritage failed you … Herr Kersten.

It’s pretty common in every other country with right lane driving to have junctions in wich you have to respect right hand priority. In Germany it’s a little bit MORE used.

Priority to the right is a right-of-way system, in which a driver of a vehicle is required to give way to vehicles approaching from the right at intersections. The system is stipulated in Article 18.4.a of the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic for countries where traffic keeps to the right and applies to all intersections where it is not overridden by priority signs (uncontrolled intersections), including side roads and roundabouts (but not paths or earth-tracks).

It’s a right before left area (no right of way signs in front of the intersection), he was obviously speeding (right before left areas are 30 kph) and he didn’t brake at all in front of the intersection so the blame is easy here.

As others said already: it is a right before left area (because there are no signs that say otherwise) so it’s probably the BMWs fault. Noone has to press charges (especially if nobody has been hurt) this is dealt with between the insurances. If they were all going ~30kph noone should be hurt badly. Hopefully they all are ok!
