Watch This Honda S2000 Wipe Out On The Nurburgring At Over 100mph

Last year, this 2001 Honda S2000 wiped out at over 100mph at the tricky kink after Foxhole. Luckily, the car (which was being driven quickly, but not in full attack mode) wasn't completely destroyed because of the long slide that scrubbed off speed!

I have experience in doing nothing (the best thing) when I almost flipped my first car on the second day of ownership (aged 18) driving my VW Polo, it all became slow motion (car up on two wheels) and I knew if I applied opposite lock little car would flip, stupidest thing I have ever done…..

Yeah exactly, this guy lives at the Nurburgring, he knows what he’s doing! We all make mistakes, and at 100mph tiny mistakes explode quickly. No point hating, at least he had the balls to put it up so others can see where he went wrong.

Prettyyy solid driving honestly…. we all end up in the wall one time or another if we push ourselves hard enough.

That was a bad mistake for an experienced driver, that cut in the apex was way too early for a RWD. Balls of steel are required to track day with an S2000.

50:50 weight is hard to drive with. It’s called perfect, but you feel weight transfer kick in more with 50:50 weight than other cars.
