A Biker Who Was Rear-Ended, Then Kicked In The Chest By A Bad Cop Has Received $180,000 Damages
When a state trooper caught up with a biker who was overtaking in no-passing zones, he rammed the guy off his bike, then kicked him in the chest, breaking his collar bone. The biker has now been awarded $180k in damages

Other articles have gone relatively in-depth with this. For example, the undercover police car used was a black… Chevy Camaro? Yeah, and if you take a look at the photos, you’ll see that it looks far more civilian-like than Ford Explorer cars. The biker claimed that he pulled over when he realized he was being pursued, and after doing my research, I believe him. The jury was right to award him damages.
Really the only question I have at this point is, what car or bike will he buy to do a burnout in infront of the police station?

How I imagine things went back at the station, after hearing the dude got a promotion to captain:
Chief: “God dammit, why did you do that. You are a loose cannon! Hand in your badge!”
Trooper: “But sir…”
Chief: “No buts! Now take this captain badge and get the hell out of my sight!”
Cop becomes captain and biker gets 180 grand. Sounds like a very effed up win win situation…
A lot of cops r like this but most r not y r they like this if u pay attention a lot of them r short and think they r stronger or better than u I think they were picked on in school so they take it out on people
