He went to the wrong places most of the cars are pretty boring but there are also a lot of rice cars and high performance German cars.
You should check out hongdae, verry nice cars there.

It’s verry expensive to buy and run European cars there so when you see one there most of the time pretty nice.

I think that the same phenomenon is happening all over the world, boring gray box of misery are taking over the world. Glad to live in a city in Chile that is the only city in Chile that can import JDM cars directly from Japan without paying the tax, so you can randomly find some scene like this
